Who is responsible

This website is published by Sebelo Group LLC under the Lucum brand. Sebelo Group LLC is the controller of the personal data described here, and you can reach us through the contact form on this site.

The contact form

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email address, company, role and message you typed, together with the country the request came from. We use them to reply to you and to prepare the conversation you asked for. They are sent to us by email and kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is live, then for up to two years so we can pick it up again if you write back.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which decides whether a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes the request’s technical characteristics for that purpose; it does not track you across sites. Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that processing.

Nothing you send is used to train a model, shared with another customer, or sold.

Analytics

When enabled, we measure page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that uses no cookies, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking, and collects no personal data. It tells us which pages are read and from which country, in aggregate.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie on the contact page while it runs its check.

Hosting and transfers

The site is served by Cloudflare from its global network, so a request may be answered from a server outside your country. The data you submit is processed in the United States and in Canada, where we work.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use, by writing through the contact form. We answer within thirty days. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you can also complain to it.

Changes

When this page changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes are announced on the page for thirty days.
