Who publishes this site

This website is published by Sebelo Group LLC under the Lucum brand. The contracting entity, its registered address and its tax details are named in every order of service, before anything is signed.

What the site is for

The site describes the Lucum program and lets you write to us. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on it is a quotation, a commitment to deliver, or professional advice. An engagement exists only when an order of service is signed by both parties.

Work described here

The site describes work as “running today for” or “working with” a firm only once that firm has confirmed the work in writing. Figures called measured were measured on live work, in production. We do not name the operators our partners report to.

Intellectual property

The Lucum name, mark, figures and text are ours. Sora and Source Sans 3 are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may quote the site with attribution; you may not reproduce it as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee either, and we are not liable for a decision taken on the basis of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. When they change, the date above changes with them.
